In BC, operators of a food service establishment are legally required to hold a FOOD SAFE certificate or equivalent food safety documentation. When the operator is not present, at least one employee must be FOOD SAFE certified.
Certification: A Ministry of Health FOOD SAFE certificate will be issued on successful completion of exam, valid for 5 years
Max class size: 18
We also offer exam supervision for students who are unable to take the course in person at our training facility.
